About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure ServiceNow’s Change Management and Release Management apps from the ground up for the POC
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain
- Work directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around their real workflows
- Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality, extensible solution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience
- Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules
- Exposure to Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps is a strong plus
- Proven experience building ServiceNow integrations with Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with REST API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model
- Experience translating business workflows into platform configuration with client stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch POC environment
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English
