About the role
- Server administration (maintenance and incident management)
- Developing a transaction plan between systems
- Creating sync between databases
- Configuring a new database
- Processing data reports for stakeholders
- Write technical documentation
- Performing maintenance tasks (deployment, source code analysis etc.)
- Assisting the Tech Lead with integration tasks
- Accountable for:
- Performing functional roles and instructions from the manager
- Project information security
- Performing work in accordance with current administrative, criminal, and civil legislation of Ukraine, the company's internal labour laws, fire safety regulations, and information security rules.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience developing 1C projects
- Knowledge of payroll, HR, and accounting processes in 1C
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Deep understanding of the 1C programming language and DB query languages
- Good programming skills
- Pre-intermediate or higher level of English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in fields of Computer Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or so
- Specialized education in 1C would be a plus
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies would be a plus
