Deployment, configuration, and client support for the Doctor Eleks product
Direct collaboration with clients to analyze business processes
Installation and setup of the Doctor Eleks MIS tailored to client workflows and requirements
Ongoing support of existing MIS installations
Executing client requests, providing assistance via chat, and performing system updates
Database content management for MIS clients
Creating document templates (via template constructor), configuring reports, and populating other essential data
Pre-release testing of MIS functionality
Conducting structured testing based on test plans and test cases
Writing and maintaining T-SQL code
Developing stored procedures for reports and custom processes, views, and data queries
Active database management using MS SQL Server
Working with all database objects, scheduled jobs, and related components
Configuring MIS integrations with external systems
Writing user guides and documentation for new and existing MIS features
Training clients to work with the MIS (both online and on-site)
Occasional business trips to client facilities for system launch and onboarding
Requirements
Solid understanding of relational database principles and architecture
Hands-on experience working with MS SQL Server as a DBMS
Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), including user management and access control
Confident in writing T-SQL code, with expertise in: Applying and managing database objects; Designing and optimizing database queries; Creating and maintaining stored procedures and views; Performing data operations: selection, update, deletion, filtering, and sorting
Familiar with core database maintenance processes: backup, restore, and shrink operations
Basic working knowledge of Windows Server OS and Windows OS
