About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow sales within Specialised Beverage equipment dealers and Ingredients suppliers in Europe and Francophone Africa.
- Profitably sales growth, by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area.
- Identify, set up and organize the distribution channels, following the Specialistic Approach and the Specialty Brand sales channels.
- Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with Head of Beverage Sales EMEA management.
- Support management in developing promotions and actions to grow specific Beverage categories, countries or segments.
- Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month for the assigned customers.
- Involve the distribution network and customers in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators, Digital Platform)
- Support the participation in trade shows and other industry events when required.
- Actively provide market insight, to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs to provide other areas within the organization.
- Ensure that sales support tools are in line with market needs
- Manage implementation of payment terms, credit limit and collection of receivables
- Ability to contribute positively to a remote team
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B service and sales in international and multicultural environments
- Experience in Hospitality sector is preferred
- Fluent English and French, Italian or European Language will be considered a plus.
- Available to travel
- Good with people, establish credibility and trust, by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customers business and needs
- Professional and competent
- Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload
- Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence other, collaboration and working in team.
- Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results.
- Open to diversity and inclusion and to work in multicultural environment.
