About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead inclusive and fair end-to-end recruitment process, attracting diverse talent across functions and levels
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Source, assess and manage candidates through all recruitment stages
- Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide market insights, recruitment updates and interview support to stakeholders
- Support onboarding, succession planning internal mobility and talent development initiatives
- Engage in employer branding activities that showcase what makes us an inspiring place to grow and contribute
- Contribute to the development of our HR practices with a focus on strengthening and modernizing Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Proven success in end-to-end recruitment across functions, levels and seniority
- Experience building diverse talent pipelines
- Applying structured selection methods
- Leveraging AI, digital tools and ATS platforms to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
