About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead inclusive and fair end-to-end recruitment process, attracting diverse talent across functions and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
  • Source, assess and manage candidates through all recruitment stages
  • Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide market insights, recruitment updates and interview support to stakeholders
  • Support onboarding, succession planning internal mobility and talent development initiatives
  • Engage in employer branding activities that showcase what makes us an inspiring place to grow and contribute
  • Contribute to the development of our HR practices with a focus on strengthening and modernizing Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in end-to-end recruitment across functions, levels and seniority
  • Experience building diverse talent pipelines
  • Applying structured selection methods
  • Leveraging AI, digital tools and ATS platforms to enhance recruitment outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
