About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Danish Customer Care business, including full budget responsibility for service, spare parts, accessories, and consumables
  • Drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Laundry and Food Service
  • Develop and expand the Customer Care offering
  • Manage service contracts and build relationships with key customers
  • Lead and develop a team of 11 in-house technicians
  • Manage a network of approximately 20 external service partners
  • Ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction across all service deliveries
  • Oversee and optimize key systems, including EPA service platform and Salesforce
  • Handle technical communication with factories
  • Analyze business performance and report on results and KPIs
  • Drive digital and service innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage field technicians as well as external partners
  • Solid commercial mindset with effective prioritization
  • Confidence working with systems and processes
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Capacity to handle a broad scope of responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken
  • Experience from the food industry or with technical service solutions is considered an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with a driven leadership style.
