About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing corporate legal processes such as board and committee materials, resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation
Supporting company law matters in Sweden and selected international jurisdictions, as well as listed company requirements
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and NDAs
Providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice to business teams and cross-functional projects
Contributing to the Group’s compliance and integrity framework, including internal policies and governance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Swedish Master of Laws (LL.M.)
1–3 years of relevant experience from a law firm and/or in-house role
Strong interest in corporate law, governance, and listed company environments
Fluent in Swedish and English
