Area Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver sales targets and drive profitable growth in the area by leveraging partners and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including customers, consultants, food service managers, and partners to increase our share of wallet.
- Own and manage the sales budget, ensuring strong performance in both volume and value.
- Drive effective customer relationship management by connecting end customers and partners with the company.
- Contribute as a collaborative team player to a positive working environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in B2B environments, including indirect sales, distribution networks, and preferably both unit and project sales.
- Experience working with consultants, installers, distributors, and food service managers is highly valued.
- Strong product and market understanding, combined with a proven ability to drive profitable growth and build long-term customer and partner relationship.
- Self-starter with high energy, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for delivering results.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required, along with a willingness to travel within the territory.
