About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the design, development, and management of wire harness and electromechanical components.
Drive quality improvement, cost optimization, new product introduction, complexity reduction, and innovation.
Analyze technical solutions with suppliers, factory, and other functions/process partners.
Design and develop electrical diagrams and wiring modules using CAD tools (e.g., E3-Zuken, Siemens NX, Catia).
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, including functionality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and environmental standards.
Support prototype/sample builds with suppliers for development and validation purposes.
Provide technical support to factories to reduce rework and improve productivity.
Manage the full lifecycle of electrical components, including catalogue, specifications, cost models, and documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields
Strong electrical engineering expertise, including component design, testing, and development
Proficiency in tools related to WH design (e.g., Zuken E3, Siemens NX, CATIA) and MS Office applications
Knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, EMI/EMC, environmental rules)
Experience in design for manufacturing/assembly and value engineering within the appliance industry
Ability to collaborate effectively in international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations
Strong problem-solving, communication, and structured engineering approach, with a proactive mindset for learning and innovation.
