Senior Data & Insights Analyst – Social & PR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior Data & Insights Analyst for PR and Social will be responsible for leading data intelligence and insight generation for the Electrolux Group’s Social Media and PR efforts in Latin America.
- Turn Social, PR, customer service (SAC) and media data into actionable insights, clear narratives and strategic recommendations;
- Connect communication performance to brand objectives, campaigns, reputation and business outcomes;
- Anticipate trends, risks and opportunities based on data and digital behavior;
- Incorporate search (SEO) and discovery (GEO) analyses to understand how the brand is found, interpreted and recommended;
- Build dashboards and reports with an integrated view of Social, PR, media, SAC and search (SEO/GEO);
- Integrate multiple data sources, ensuring consistency, reliability and strategic interpretation;
- Define governance, routines and reporting cadence with predictability;
- Evolve the use of analytical tools and platforms (e.g., social listening, search analytics, Cortex, AI insights and GA4);
- Monitor and analyze how the brand appears in traditional search engines (SEO) and AI-based platforms (GEO);
- Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility, authority and recommendation in generative environments (e.g., AI assistants, AI-powered search engines, LLMs);
- Connect content, PR and influencer data to performance in search and discovery;
- Support content and PR strategies focused on organic relevance gains and share of voice in digital and generative environments;
- Develop frameworks and reports that integrate earned media + SEO + GEO metrics;
- Act as a link between Social, PR, Marketing, SAC and Business teams;
- Proactively bring insights to different areas;
- Influence strategic decisions based on data and consumer behavior;
- Lead and consolidate regional routines and analyses across LatAm;
- Structure replicable models across countries.
- Participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS / EAI).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
- Strong experience in data analysis applied to Social, PR or Marketing;
- Proficiency with analytics tools, dashboards and social listening platforms;
- Proven experience turning data into actionable strategic insights;
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage concurrent projects;
- Advanced English;
- Previous experience in consumer goods, retail or consumer technology companies;
- Knowledge of or prior work with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or intelligence on AI platforms;
- Experience with tools such as Cortex, Sprinklr or similar;
- Experience working at a regional level (LatAm) and/or proficiency in Spanish;
- Experience in data storytelling and building strategic narratives;
- Knowledge of SEO, metrics analysis and social media monitoring tools.
