About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage demand and supply planning for a portfolio of spare parts, consumables and accessories supporting sales and warranty operations;
- Participate in the S&OP process, assessing demand, supply risks and future inventory requirements;
- Monitor availability, coverage and portfolio performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and risk mitigation measures;
- Coordinate alignment with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure execution of supply plans and fulfillment of demand;
- Conduct analyses to support decisions related to inventory, item introductions and discontinuations, material availability and customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, International Trade or related fields;
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or S&OP;
- Previous experience in supply management and supplier follow-up;
- Advanced MS Office (MS Excel) skills;
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Data analysis tools are a plus;
- Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
