About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong experience in web projects to work in a collaborative, product-oriented, user-centered environment.
  • This person will be responsible for conducting discovery, creating end-to-end digital solutions, promoting UX best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders across different areas.
  • Lead UX research initiatives, including discovery, qualitative research, benchmarks, and comparative analyses.
  • Conduct workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders, promoting a user-centered vision.
  • Map user journeys, create task flows, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes (preferably in Figma).
  • Plan and moderate usability tests, prepare scripts, and organize user sessions.
  • Work with Product, Development, and QA teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Use and contribute to Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability of web components.
  • Promote UX best practices, accessibility, and research within the organization.
  • Translate business needs and insights into impact-driven solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • Experience in UX design with a focus on web platforms.
  • Proven experience in discovery processes, defining problems and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
  • Proficiency with AI tools focused on process automation.
  • Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
  • Experience with testing and research methods (usability testing, card sorting, prototyping, test scripts).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Advanced English.
