Senior Supply Chain Controller

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure visibility, governance and planning of the company’s inbound costs
- Support financial and operational decision-making in a high-complexity, high-impact business environment
- Monitor results, build forecasts, analyze variances and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization of import-related processes and logistics costs across Latin America
- Perform reconciliations between systems and ensure proper accounting of inbound expenses
- Consolidate, analyze and report actual import costs
- Prepare monthly forecasts of import costs
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs using dashboards and Business Intelligence tools
- Support financial close processes, variance analysis and results consolidation
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance and global stakeholders
- Evaluate opportunities to optimize logistics costs, improve processes and automate activities
- Track detention, demurrage and other logistics charges
- Contribute to the development of costing models and the financial management of inbound operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- Experience in Financial Controlling
- Experience with forecasting, financial close, provisions, variance analysis and budget control
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operations, Logistics, Import operations or Logistics Costing
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced English
- Spanish is a plus
