About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and development of Electrical & Electro-Mechanical components for care products
  • Support cost reduction and quality improvement projects of electrical & electro-mechanical components
  • Support urgency cases testing for electrical parts e.g., part shortage, discontinued part
  • Project team member, responsible for electrical components development
  • Create engineering drawings of electrical components
  • Ensure electrical safety and conformity testing according National and International standards (IEC, CE, UL, etc.)
  • Conduct functional and reliability tests according Electrolux test specifications and procedures
  • Supplier development and technical support
  • Cost reduction projects for electrical and electro-mechanical components
  • Quality improvement projects for electrical and electro-mechanical components

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or others related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical parts development in R&D department, preferably from consumer electronics industry
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Good English proficiency
  • Products Knowledge is a plus
  • Design & development of electrical components of household appliances
  • National & international safety and test standards
  • CAD (CATIA / NX)
  • Testing Procedures (Environment, EMC/EMI, Performance, Safety)
