Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve GitHub as an enterprise platform (structure, access, governance, integrations).
Define and drive enterprise SDLC standards and “golden paths”.
Lead the development of a developer portal and self‑service capabilities.
Evangelize modern DevOps and software engineering practices.
Partner with architecture, security, and platform teams to balance autonomy and compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience running GitHub (or similar) at enterprise scale.
Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience influencing adoption across large, federated organizations.
Ability to translate governance into developer‑friendly platforms.
Fluent English.
