Key Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all relevant functional areas of our customers – purchasing, sales, logistics and service – with a focus on purchasing
- Ensure the best possible support for our key accounts
- Implement the sales policy and defined sales priorities agreed with sales management
- Improve distribution and fully exploit customer potential among key-account customers
- Understanding and competence in digital content and the use of online marketing tools to increase sales, particularly for our premium products
- Develop sales strategies
- Revenue and results responsibility for assigned customers
- Independently acquire new customers and market our products in collaboration with local product management
- Monitor the market for floorcare, small appliances and accessories in Austria
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales and ideally experience using online marketing tools to drive sales
- Ability to think and operate across multiple brands
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Good written and spoken English
