About the role
- Monitoring of the evolution of the performance standards and legislations related to Care products
- Testing procedures and methods alignment with Standards and legislation, networking it at global scale
- Laboratories updating on the methods used for Standard testing methodologies
- Round robin test to check Laboratories results reliability
- Keeping update common databases related to performances: standards and legislations, test methods
- Define and take all initiatives necessary to Attend to standardization meetings
- Report to internal stakeholders main points, collecting comments to then support Electrolux positions
Requirements
- University master's degree (5 years) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent STEM
- Experience on Standards & Legislations, Consumer themes
- Experience in Competition Analysis / Benchmarking skills
- Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals
- Laboratory experience and Care products knowledge are a plus
- IT skills (Office programme, Minitab)
- Required languages: English written and spoken
- Italian is a plus
