About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across Supply Chain and Warehousing categories in Latin America, by ensuring value generation, risk mitigation and long-term sustainability through efficient procurement spend;
- Act as a strategic partner to strategic stakeholders, influencing decisions with data while developing and implementing category strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Structure, negotiate and challenge contracts, identifying safe, compliant opportunities for optimization, renegotiation and structural improvements;
- Conduct complex negotiations with high financial and operational impact;
- Work in initiatives with team members and other areas, looking to develop a strategic sourcing mentality in the group.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or related fields;
- Solid background in Procurement, oriented to Strategic Sourcing initiatives;
- Proven track record in managing categories such as Warehousing or Industrial Services;
- Consistent experience in contract management and negotiations with high financial impact;
- Knowledge of cost analysis (Total Cost Ownership) and category management;
- Advanced English is mandatory.
