UX Designer
Electrolux GroupUX Designer creating extraordinary user experiences for Electrolux Group's digital products. Collaborating with teams to enhance usability and design impact.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in UX Research initiatives, including discovery, qualitative research, benchmarks, and comparative analyses;
- Map user journeys, create task flows, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes (preferably in Figma);
- Plan and moderate usability tests, prepare scripts, and organize user sessions;
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban);
- Use the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability of Web components;
- Support the promotion of UX best practices, accessibility, and research within the organization;
- Translate business needs and insights into impact-driven solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design or related fields.
- Experience in UX Design, with a focus on Web platforms.
- Proven experience in discovery processes, defining problems and opportunities.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Proficiency with AI tools focused on process automation.
- Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
- Experience with testing and research methods (usability, card sorting, prototyping, test scripts).
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Advanced English.
