About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing outstanding experiences lies at the heart of everything we do
  • Create innovative and desirable products that are seamlessly part of our consumers’ daily lives
  • Develop and implement service strategies that align seamlessly with business objectives and user needs
  • Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder sessions to develop innovative service concepts
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects from inception to completion
  • Conduct comprehensive qualitative research, including briefing, scripting, interviews, analysis, and reporting
  • Create service blueprints, journey maps, business model canvas, value proposition, and prototypes to visualize, test, and refine service concepts
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated service solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of services, ensuring alignment with the project objectives
  • Create, monitor, and evaluate service performances using key metrics to drive ongoing improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design and related fields, extension courses in Design Thinking and Service Design
  • Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in service design or a related role, with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Experience partnering with highly technical cross-functional teams
  • Basic skills in UI/UX software (i.e. Figma, Adobe...)
  • Customer-focused. You are passionate about understanding people and you know how this can affect and benefit the result
  • Collaborative. Our design culture is rooted in strong collaboration and teamwork. You grow when you bring people together and make them better
  • Energetic. You love working according to design thinking and have solid experience in doing so
  • Advanced English
  • Spanish will be a plus
