About the role
- You consistently implement the sales strategies and priorities defined together with Sales Management.
- You develop sales strategies, conduct potential analyses and identify new marketing opportunities.
- You are responsible for demand planning, price lists and administrative processes.
- You continuously monitor the accessories market, perform product analyses and derive recommended actions.
- You contribute to the continuous optimization of collaboration within the sales team and cross-functional cooperation.
- You drive the category strategy in close coordination with the central organization.
- You define, implement and optimize the product range.
- You manage strategic pricing (RRP, HLP, RCP).
- You support the BU process and strategic planning.
- You maintain product content and monitor new products at PNC level in PS/ROL.
- You work closely with functions such as Central Product Management, Controlling, Marketing and Sales.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in an international environment.
- Analytical, structured and results-oriented way of working.
- Ability to work independently as well as strong team skills.
- Confident presence and excellent communication skills.
- High resilience and openness to new challenges.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good MS Office skills.
