- Responsible for Logistics Health & Safety and Quality management
- Facilitate engagement in a customer service culture
- Support Lean Management Tools and process improvements
- Lead EHS and Quality awareness in logistics
- Ensure service quality and compliance with standards
Requirements
- Several years of experience from Health & Safety/Quality work from warehousing, manufacturing or similar
- Knowledge of local health & safety & environment laws and regulations, and of warehouse processes
- Great interpersonal skills on all levels
- Basic financial understanding and Microsoft Office skills
- Project management and lean methodology experience
- Experience in the application of the behaviour-based safety approach
