About the role

  • Drive frontend excellence: Lead the implementation of complex features and enhancements across our web platforms.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
  • Shape technical direction: Contribute to frontend architecture and influence decisions on performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Mentor and support peers: Provide thoughtful code reviews, share expertise, and help foster a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing applications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
  • Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS), including data modeling and integration
  • Experience with developing reusable component libraries or design systems is a strong plus
  • Experience with .NET C# is a plus
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
