About the role
- You will be responsible for supporting Order Desk operations, ensuring effective communication between the sales team and customers.
- Manage and monitor order flow and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, prepare reports, and provide support to the sales team.
- Receive, process, and track sales orders, ensuring they are fulfilled within deadlines.
- Support the sales team in the sales closing process.
- Maintain close relationships with customers and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare order performance reports and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Order Desk processes.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Power BI and knowledge of databases.
- Intermediate English.
