About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Effectively navigate accounts (headache centers, key institutions, and group practices) to drive optimal results
  • Provides superior guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for the 1099 sales force in assigned territory to penetrate and drive revenue within the VA ecosystem and strengthen their overall sales performance
  • Understand goals and identify/bridge gaps in productivity at both the individual and team level
  • Implement total account calls including HCPs and decision makers within accounts
  • Discover and address account needs with the most advantageous solutions
  • Cultivate Influential Partnerships by developing meaningful relationships based on electroCore’s values and strategic initiatives that positively impact all customers (internal and external)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 1 (One)+ years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to influence and credibility to engage internal and external customers
  • High degree of emotional intelligence with ability to connect with people and build strong relationships, internally and externally
