About the role

  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational priorities.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging and high-quality content for multiple formats, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, ad copy, video storyboards, e-books, and more.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to ensure content improves organic search performance and supports traffic growth.
  • Storytelling: Partner with clinical teams and members to capture authentic stories that reflect Eleanor Health’s mission and impact.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Paid Digital Marketing Manager to develop ad copy and content assets for digital campaigns.
  • Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure all content reflects Eleanor Health’s brand voice and tone across all channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize future content based on insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, digital, and communications teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy and creation, preferably in healthcare or a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a proven portfolio of healthcare-related content.
  • Experience scripting videos and crafting compelling narratives across formats.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a growth-stage or mission-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker) to measure content effectiveness .
