About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple units in driving commercial development.
- Manage operational, financial and human resources aspects.
- Act as the on-site ambassador of our values.
- Engage with clients and contract holders, bringing forward proposals and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with culinary and budgetary commitments.
- Oversee business growth, hygiene and safety.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional with more than 5 years' experience.
- High level of autonomy, anticipation and creativity.
- Advanced diploma from a recognized hospitality school.
- Experience in hospitality in similar positions.
- Knowledge of the foodservice sector and the economic landscape of the canton of Vaud.
- Driver's license required.
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
