About the role
- Structure, ensure the reliability of, and develop the Eldora Group’s product offering
- Ensure impeccable product data that complies with Swiss legislation
- Identify and source relevant products from partners
- Contribute to the development of new product references in collaboration with strategic partners
- Ensure consistency between purchased products and their operational use
- Participate in structuring and enriching article/item, ingredient and recipe databases
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of systems, processes and data structuring
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss legislation and the declaration and specification requirements for food products
- Solid knowledge of the catering/foodservice sector in Switzerland
- Expertise in the food sector and a good network/knowledge of producers and suppliers
- Consistent background in roles related to quality assurance or data management
- Pragmatic, structured and autonomous, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of French; good knowledge of German and English
