Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate complex corporate messaging into compelling, brand-compliant visual strategies.
Wireframe and build intuitive user journeys, interactive prototypes, and custom digital interfaces.
Design, animate, and produce premium digital media, including high-end videos, custom motion graphics, and responsive web assets.
Oversee the asset handoff process by preparing clean design files and clear implementation guidelines for production staff and developers.
Communicate creative concepts, gather feedback, and confidently articulate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of proven design experience translating complex content into engaging visual and interactive experiences.
Demonstrated expertise in visual design, illustration, motion graphics, and/or interactive media, with a strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, motion design, and UI/UX fundamentals.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, typography, data visualization, and accessibility (WCAG).
Comfortable working cross-functionally with instructional designers, developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present, explain, and defend creative decisions to clients and stakeholders.
