About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and update instructional content that supports training objectives.
- Transform complex or technical content into clear, engaging, and visually polished learning experiences.
- Design and develop instructional materials including ILT, VILT, eLearning (WBT), videos, and job aids.
- Convert existing training content into updated, learner-friendly formats.
- Apply strong technical writing and visual design principles to learning materials.
- Work within established templates and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of instructional design experience
- Strong background in: Technical writing
- Course conversion and redevelopment
- Multimedia-based learning design
- Authoring tools and web-based training development
- Visual design for learning content
- Advanced Microsoft Word (styles, tables, templates, headers/footers, macros)
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (slide masters, layouts, visual design, layering, macros)
- Microsoft Excel (data handling, formatting, filtering)
