About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, specialist, and leadership positions.
  • Align job profiles with hiring managers, understanding the technical and behavioral requirements of each role.
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels.
  • Perform active sourcing of candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and internal talent pools.
  • Screen resumes/CVs and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Administer and analyze behavioral assessments and other evaluation tools used by the company.
  • Prepare candidate evaluation reports and present shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Deliver candidate feedback, ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process.
  • Manage recruitment and selection metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and quality of hires.
  • Drive continuous improvement of attraction and selection processes, proposing new strategies and tools.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen eLaw's employer brand.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, external partners, and educational institutions.
  • Ensure information is up to date and organized in recruitment systems and the talent database.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for corporate areas across all seniority levels.
  • Experience with competency-based interviews and professional profile mapping.
  • Knowledge of attraction, selection, and assessment techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition metrics and recruitment KPIs.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/hunting tools.
