About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Legal Ops Consultant to act as a strategic partner for legal departments.
- Lead consultative initiatives that drive greater operational efficiency.
- Ensure clear, consultative communication focused on value generation.
- Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence and new technologies.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law (required).
- Knowledge of corporate legal department operations and their main challenges.
- Experience in litigation, contracts, governance, and legal management.
- Knowledge of procedural workflows, including DJE, service of process, court notifications, and deadline management.
- Knowledge of Legal Operations and legal management best practices.
- Experience with legal management systems (Legal Techs and legal ERPs).
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to law and legal process automation.
- Ability to analyze and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome metrics.
- Knowledge in project management and leading transformation initiatives.
- Experience with consulting techniques, stakeholder management, and client relationship management.
- Experience in process mapping, review, and optimization is a plus.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Legal Operations, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Legal Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of English and/or Spanish.
