About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the reorganization of the cost center structure and the management chart of accounts.
  • Develop and improve controls to ensure correct execution of the financial area's operational processes.
  • Prepare and monitor management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Assist with the monthly financial close, consolidating information and ensuring data reliability.
  • Provide support to business areas with financial analyses, helping to build scenarios and projections.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency gains for financial processes.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or financial areas.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, budget preparation and monitoring, and results analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, among other functions).
  • Analytical, organized profile with good communication skills.
