About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand client workflows and requirements;
Document the information gathered from the client, including business rules and process flowcharts (.BPM);
Configure the system so that the business rules/workflow defined with the client are reproduced in the solution;
Analyze Excel spreadsheets, since data to be migrated is received in that format;
Deliver training to qualify office staff in the use of the system;
Monitor system usage by users in order to resolve questions and issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields;
Previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments;
Experience across different stages of legal processes and routines, demonstrating a broad operational perspective;
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
