About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the reorganization of the cost center structure and the managerial chart of accounts.
Develop and improve controls to ensure the correct execution of the financial department's operational processes.
Prepare and monitor management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Participate in the monthly financial close, consolidating information and ensuring data reliability.
Provide support to business areas in financial analyses, assisting in scenario building and projections.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives for financial processes.
Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or other financial areas;
Knowledge of financial planning, budget preparation and monitoring, and analysis of results;
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, and other functions);
Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
