About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Streamline how our entire suite of business systems work together.
Autonomously translate business problems into technical blueprints across business tools.
Leverage technology to streamline the quote to cash process.
Guide and elevate team members on Salesforce best practices and AI development.
Ensure the integrity of critical components like Quote-to-Cash.
Act as the final gatekeeper for team builds ensuring all code is secure and follows standards.
Utilize AI tools to maintain high test coverage and ensure resilience of custom-built integrations and logic.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing and scaling business systems, with a preference for growth-oriented environments.
Proven ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems.
Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and platform management.
A self-starter who is 'platform-agnostic' and capable of quickly learning and managing new systems as the business scales.
Netsuite experience is a plus.
