About the role
- Streamline how our entire suite of business systems work together.
- Autonomously translate business problems into technical blueprints across business tools.
- Leverage technology to streamline the quote to cash process.
- Guide and elevate team members on Salesforce best practices and AI development.
- Ensure the integrity of critical components like Quote-to-Cash.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for team builds ensuring all code is secure and follows standards.
- Utilize AI tools to maintain high test coverage and ensure resilience of custom-built integrations and logic.
Requirements
- Experience managing and scaling business systems, with a preference for growth-oriented environments.
- Proven ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and platform management.
- A self-starter who is 'platform-agnostic' and capable of quickly learning and managing new systems as the business scales.
- Netsuite experience is a plus.
