About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement, and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
  • Provide direct patient care and evaluate functional needs and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-approved physical therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted physical therapist license valid for the state of work
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
  • Able and willing to travel within the branch/office coverage area
  • Dependable vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
  • Able and willing to travel 50%
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, high-stress environment
  • Full range of body motion, including handling, lifting, and transferring patients
