About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Identify and evaluate opportunities to automate and optimize business processes with business lines
Design, develop, deploy, and support AI automation solutions across the full lifecycle
Build, test, monitor, optimize, and maintain AI automation solutions in production
Provide timely support to team members, vendors, and customers via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone
Share knowledge, experience, and expertise with team members
Manage workload with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
Innovate and streamline processes by identifying automation opportunities and anticipating future issues
Measure and report automation-solution performance, impact, and effectiveness
Adhere to organizational standards for data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage
Structure and analyze data to support AI workflows, evaluate performance, and generate insights
Resolve complex technical challenges through root-cause analysis and effective solutions
Analyze workflows and improve efficiency through optimized AI-enabled processes
Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to execute AI solutions
Plan and prioritize multiple tasks for timely, consistent delivery
Travel approximately 10% for occasional internal meetings and business alignment
Report to the AI Transformation Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3–6 years of experience in automation, integration, or software engineering roles
2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions
Experience working in an Agile IT environment
Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services, particularly Azure Stack, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry
Experience building or contributing to agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-powered automation solutions
Proficiency with integration and automation platforms such as Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions, or equivalents
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform
Working knowledge of Python for AI workflows, data processing, and integrations preferred
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate preferred
Microsoft or cloud AI certifications preferred
Other relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications advantageous
Experience building scalable, high-quality agentic workflows, RAG architectures, or LLM-powered automation
Ability to structure and analyze data for AI workflows, performance evaluation, and insights
Ability to resolve complex technical challenges through root-cause analysis and solution implementation
Ability to analyze workflows and improve efficiency through AI-enabled processes
Ability to work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness to travel approximately 10%
