About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for caregiver roles
- Source, screen, and move candidates quickly through the hiring process
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate next steps with urgency
- Partner with branch leaders to meet hiring goals and staffing demands
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (Workday + Phenom)
- Leverage sourcing tools like Indeed, Phenom, and other platforms to build pipelines
- Monitor recruiting metrics (calls, offers, hires) and adjust strategies
- Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in high-volume recruiting (healthcare, or home care industry strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused setting
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing platforms
