About the role

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards
  • Follow and support the Physical Therapist’s established Plan of Care
  • Report patient status changes promptly to the supervising PT
  • Adhere to all State Practice Act guidelines
  • Provide safe, effective instruction on assistive devices
  • Teach home exercise programs to patients and caregivers
  • Support functional mobility through hands‑on patient care
  • Work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50–100 lbs)

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice
  • 6+ months of PTA experience preferred
  • Willing and able to travel within the service area (up to 50%)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
