About the role
- Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Make meaningful observations, evaluations, and create reports
- Accept and constructively utilize supervision
- Recognize the needs and concerns of people to maintain constructive relationships
- Perform nursing procedures requiring the skills and judgement of a Registered Nurse
- Communicate changes in condition to appropriate members of the health care team
- Document care provided accurately and timely in the client’s record
- Exercise leadership with tolerance and appreciation for team members
- Promote Elara Caring’s philosophy and mission statement to ensure quality of care
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- 1+ year of RN experience
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state
- Ability and willingness to travel within designated area approximately 50%
