• Own the delivery of client projects end to end — scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication.
• Use AI to run the mechanics of project management: prioritizing backlogs, building and re-forecasting schedules, monitoring project health, and generating status reporting.
• Keep clients informed with clear, proactive updates, and surface issues before they become problems.
• Build reusable AI workflows, prompts, and automations that improve how the whole delivery team works — not just your own projects.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and capabilities, test them against real delivery problems, and bring forward what works.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, account managers, and client stakeholders.
• Document and share what you learn so the practice gets better with every project.
• Help shape what AI-first project management looks like at Elantis.
