About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the OneStream platform to support global consolidations, complex financial reporting, and FP&A planning cycles
Enable the long-term roadmap for the OneStream enterprise solution, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements, including AI-driven analytics and the latest platform features
Leverage OneStream capabilities to automate and streamline financial close and planning cycles, reducing manual effort and increasing data accuracy
Partner with IT, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Facilitate large-scale OneStream implementations, upgrades, or marketplace solution deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Stay at the forefront of OneStream innovation by evaluating and incorporating new marketplace solutions, AI capabilities, and the latest software releases into Elanco’s financial ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in finance or financial systems roles
Expert-level knowledge of the OneStream platform (including Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Data Management)
Experience with SAP integration is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
Strong ability to influence without authority and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders.
