Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver strong financial governance and strategic business partnership
Advance financial reporting, business planning, and investment decision-making to improve site gross margin
Ensure a ‘true and fair’ view of the site’s financial position by managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closes in compliance with US GAAP, Elanco policies, and SOX expectations
Lead the business planning and forecasting processes
Drive production profitability by performing ‘what-if’ analyses
Act as a trusted advisor to Site and Corporate management
Take responsibility for the financial control of all company assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial role (or an MBA in finance with a strong track record in business support or controllership)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)
