About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Senior Finance Leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and translate requirements into high-impact global training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and maximum engagement.
  • Own and maintain SharePoint sites and other knowledge systems to ensure all finance training materials are precise and accessible.
  • Create simple Power BI dashboards or presentations to track training progress and report team performance insights.
  • Work with internal comms to promote finance achievements and training milestones across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops to promote a culture of process improvement and share best practices within the finance community.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional written and spoken English with the ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in coordinating projects, events, or training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; ability to build basic reports or dashboards.
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior management on a global scale.
  • A self-starter who enjoys organizing people and information in a fast-paced environment.
  • General experience or educational background in Finance/Accounting (e.g., understanding of basic principles or SAP).
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies or Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) tools.
  • Experience creating engaging visual content for presentations or training modules.
