About the role
- Gather, analyze and prioritize business needs to identify relevant low-code/no-code use cases.
- Design, develop and deploy no-code/low-code solutions while adhering to the existing IT architecture.
- Integrate tools and databases via APIs.
- Document processes and structure workflows to ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented automations.
- Train and support business teams in using the tools (training materials and documentation).
- Provide maintenance, support and enhancements for existing internal solutions.
- Proactively propose new automation opportunities leveraging AI.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (No-Code Developer / Automation Builder / Ops Builder / Product Builder).
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools such as Make, Airtable, Bubble (or equivalents).
- Experience integrating APIs and documenting structured workflows.
- Autonomy, analytical mindset and a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Bonus: experience automating large-scale internal processes or using AI for automation.
