People & Culture Internship / Working Student

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruitment for the departments: creating attractive job postings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Acting as the team’s voice in internal discussions; optimizing processes and structures using AI tools
- Designing training and development programs and organizing team events such as workations and offsites
- Representing ekipa in employer branding activities and owning the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding
- HR administration covering payroll through contract preparation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in a responsible role where you can shape projects, learn a lot, and grow
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Enthusiasm and the ability to convince candidates to join ekipa
- Analytical skills to help further develop the team
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability of 20 hours per week
