About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruitment for the departments: creating attractive job postings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Acting as the team’s voice in internal discussions; optimizing processes and structures using AI tools
Designing training and development programs and organizing team events such as workations and offsites
Representing ekipa in employer branding activities and owning the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding
HR administration covering payroll through contract preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in a responsible role where you can shape projects, learn a lot, and grow
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
Enthusiasm and the ability to convince candidates to join ekipa
Analytical skills to help further develop the team
Fluent in German and English
Availability of 20 hours per week
