About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquisition of new clients and partners from industry and the public sector
  • Identifying innovation potential in large corporations and SMEs
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process without traditional cold calling
  • Managing existing leads in our CRM (HubSpot) and engaging new leads
  • Conducting workshops with new and existing clients to develop tailored proposals
  • Identifying relevant markets and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Building your own innovation network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or a startup environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive and sales-oriented (closing-focused) mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deals
  • Ability to identify clients' innovation needs early and develop tailored solutions
