About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquisition of new clients and partners from industry and the public sector
- Identifying innovation potential in large corporations and SMEs
- Responsibility for the entire sales process without traditional cold calling
- Managing existing leads in our CRM (HubSpot) and engaging new leads
- Conducting workshops with new and existing clients to develop tailored proposals
- Identifying relevant markets and supporting strategic decision-making
- Building your own innovation network
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or a startup environment
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive and sales-oriented (closing-focused) mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deals
- Ability to identify clients' innovation needs early and develop tailored solutions
