About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new clients and partners from industry and the public sector (political stakeholders)
  • Identify innovation opportunities and take responsibility for the entire sales process
  • Organize and coordinate the identification of appropriate contacts and build your own sales funnel
  • Manage leads in HubSpot from first contact through contract signing
  • Run workshops with new and existing clients to develop tailored proposals
  • Support the identification of relevant markets and build your own innovation network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Confidence, strong communication and persuasion skills, and enthusiasm for modern technologies and trend topics
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • High degree of organization and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to analyze innovation needs and develop visions for new, tailored offerings
  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting, or a startup environment, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
