Key responsibilities & impact
  • Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
  • Implement approved changes and service improvements
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft cloud environments
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role
  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Microsoft certifications are highly desirable: AZ-104 MS-102 MD-102 SC-900
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Windows Server
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Troubleshooting complex infrastructure environments
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Microsoft Security solutions
  • Fortinet, Meraki, SonicWall or Extreme Networks
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
